法令規章 Regulations

   Important Notes:

  • Inter-university course selection at our university must be completed through the online application system. After submitting the online application, students are still required to print a hard copy of the application form and obtain the necessary approvals and official stamps from both the course instructor and the offering department in order for the course selection to be valid.

    **Individual courses offered by each department at our university are not open to inter-university course selection.

    Inter-university course selection must be completed before the end of the course add/drop period each semester.

    For the 114 Academic Year Summer Session, the online application period for our students to apply for inter-university courses via the external system is from May 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM to August 31, 2025, at 4:00 PM. The deadline for submitting the approved hard copy is August 31, 2026.

    For the 115-1 Semester, the online application period for inter-university course selection is from 2026/8/1 at 10:00 AM to 2026/9/21 at 4:00 PM. The deadline for submitting the approved hard copy is  2026/9/21. (The first day of the 115- semester is  2026/9/7.)

校際選課線上申請系統 

  1. 本校學生至他校選課：新教學務資訊系統 （登入→線上申請→校際選課）
  2. 他校學生至本校選課：校際選課系統(他校至本校)（同一學年度申請一次帳號即可，跨學年度需重新申請帳號）  
      (線上申請後請列印紙本核章，需經授課教師及開課單位核准始同意選課，並於期限內完成申請程序且送至課務組。)
  3. 外校至本校校際選課不開放郵寄申請，請務必本人持申請表親自至本校辦理選課及繳費。​

線上申請後仍需列印紙本核章，注意事項：

  • 本校學生至他校選課：請至本校新教學務資訊系統申請並列印本校申請表，持本校申請表依序完成核章程序於收件截止日前繳回本校課務組。
  • ​本校學生至合作學校選課(政大、陽明交大、南藝大)：
  1. 至政大選課：請至本校新教學務資訊系統申請並列印本校申請表，另至政大選課系統申請並列印政大表格，持本校及政大兩校申請表依序完成核章程序於收件截止日前繳回本校課務組。
  2. 至陽明交大選課：請至本校新教學務資訊系統申請並列印本校申請表，另至陽明交大校際系統註冊取得學號，並將學號填寫於本校申請表空白處，持本校申請表依序完成核章程序於收件截止日前繳回本校課務組。
  3. 至南藝大選課：請至本校新教學務資訊系統申請並列印本校申請表，持本校申請表依序完成核章程序於收件截止日前繳回本校課務組。
  • 他校學生(非政大、陽明交大、南藝大)至本校選課：請至本校校際選課系統(他校至本校)申請並列印本校申請表，持本校申請表依序完成核章程序於收件截止日前繳回本校課務組。
  • 合作學校學生(政大、陽明交大、南藝大)至本校選課：請至本校校際選課系統(他校至本校)申請並列印本校申請表，持本校及所屬學校兩校申請表依序完成核章程序。

Inter-university Course Selection System

  1. Our students select courses at other schools: New Academic Affairs Information System (Login→Online Application→Inter-University Course Selection)
  2. Students of other schools select courses at our school: Inter-University Course Selection System (other school to our school) (apply for one user account in the same academic year, but you need to re-apply for another user account for different academic years)

Paper copy of the online application is also required to be printed out for the seal of approval Notes:

  • Our students select courses at other schools: Please go to New Academic Services Information System to apply and print out the application. Complete the seal of approval with the application and return it to Curriculum Section before the deadline.
  • Our students select courses at partner schools (National Chengchi University (NCCU), National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University(NYCU), Tainan National University of the Arts(TNNUA)):
  1. To select courses at NCCU: Please go to New Academic Services Information System to apply, and print out the application, then go to the NCCU’s course selection system to apply and print out the NCCU’s form. Complete the seal of approval process with both applications, and return them to Curriculum Section before the deadline.
  2. To select courses at NYCU: Please go to New Academic Services Information System to apply and print out the application, and go to the NYCU ‘s course selection system to apply and print out the NYCU’s form. Complete the seal of approval process for both applications, and return them to Curriculum Section before the deadline.
  3. To select courses at TNNUA: Please go to New Academic Services Information System to apply and print out the application. Complete the seal of approval process with the applications, and return it to Curriculum Section before the deadline. 
  • Students from other schools (not NCCU, NYCU, TNNUA) to select courses at our school: Please go to Inter-University Course Selection System (other schools to TNUA) to apply and print out the application. Complete the seal of approval process for the applications, and return it to Curriculum Section before the deadline. 
  • Students to select courses from partner schools (NCCU, NYCU, TNNUA): Please go to the Inter-University Course Selection System (other schools to TNUA) to apply, and print out the application   Complete the seal of approval process with both application.

  • In accordance with the regulations of the Three Universities Cooperation Program, inter-university course selection can enjoy a 40% discount on the credit fee (excluding in-service programs).
    NYCU For the 114-2 Semester begins on 2026/2/23, and inter-university course selection will be accepted from 2026/2/23 to 2026/3/6 .

  • 欲選修南藝大課程，請至南藝大課程查詢系統查詢   Students who wish to select courses from TNNUA, please go to the TNNUA Online enrollment system to search
  • 依二校合作辦法規定之校際選課，學分費免費【教育學程、學分學程及在職專班課程除外】，但依所選課程性質，必要時可能需另繳相關使用費。
  • 114學年度第 2 學期南藝大開學日：115年2月23日，受理校際選課期間：115年2月23日至3月6 日。
  • In accordance with the regulations for cooperation between the two schools, credit fees will not be collected (except for education programs, credit courses, and in-service programs); however, an additional fee may be required depending on the nature of the course selected.
    TNNUA For the 114-2 Semester begins on 2026/2/23, and inter-university course selection will be accepted from from 2026/2/23   to 2026/3/6 .
